Before creating our e-learning courses, Lizzie trained digital content staff at national charities, central government departments, private companies and legal organisations.

She’s led content projects and teams at RNIB, GWR, Marie Curie, DCMS, Young Minds and Parkinsons’ UK. And helped many more high profile organisations – including University of Cambridge, British Red Cross and John Lewis, through Cake Content Consultancy.

Lizzie worked on several content design projects at GDS, including contributing to their style guidance and accessible content advice. She’s also previously worked for Content Design London as a content strategy consultant, leading their global Readability Guidelines project, and helping develop their content accessibility training.
