She led and shaped Content Design London’s global content style readability project, which reviewed decades of user research evidence. Lizzie wrote up the findings into the open access readability guidelines wiki that she designed, which was published in print as a handbook. The project won a DigitalAgenda Diversity Impact Award. Her content and UCD thinking has been published by Working in Content and UX Collective, and she was a regular contributor to the former GatherContent blog. She also intermittently writes an eco home decor blog. Specialisms On the content strategy and design side, Lizzie specialises in audits, information architecture rationalisation and content usability reviews, plus putting legal terms and associated jargon into clear language.
