Feedback for our e-learning We first trained editors to create online content in 2003. In 2021 we launched our self-paced, modular content design and user-centred design e-learning, and have had excellent feedback. Content design course “I found it really useful as foundation learning (being new to content design). It covered so much but in good bitesize chunks and was great for me to dip in and out of when I had time.” “I really enjoyed this course. Very thorough on the terms and ideas. I now have a very strong foundation from which to build my Content Design knowledge. I look forward to taking the User Research course next.” “Thank you for such simple, clear info!” “If anyone out there is looking for some top quality, super clear content design training then I recommend Lizzie’s Cake Content Consultancy Content Design Pathway course. It’s excellent and amazingly good value.” “Thanks for an excellent course – really useful as I work in healthcare education which is increasingly moving online. So knowing how to make the best use of this environment is helpful.” “I have applied this lesson, Content usability basics, to writing stuff as simple and everyday as blog posts, tech docs, etc and it makes a world of difference to the quality of the final piece. Subtle but important. Strong recommend from me!” “I’ve done the first module tonight and it’s a really tight distillation of the essentials of writing well for the web. Looking forward to the rest. User needs up next.” Explore our content design pathway, £45 User-centred design course “Thanks to Lizzie Bruce who brilliantly lays out the pros and cons of many different user research methods.” “Yay, chuffed to get 100% in the User-centred design course test, on top of the 89% I got for the content design course from Cake Consultancy!” “I really recommend the amazing Cake modules. I’m learning a lot from them.” Explore our user-centred design pathway, £35 Share your feedback on our courses Contact us to let us know what you thought of our online courses and modules.
